Italian Sterling Nude Figural Compact

Antiques: Vintage Compacts: Vermeil

This lovely Italian sterling vermeil compact features a romantic couple with the woman partially nude in a state of deshabille'.   A flock of sheep rests alongside them.  Interior features a beveled mirror in the lid which is cracked but otherwise usable.  Enameling is in mint condition with no scuffs or scratches visible to my eye.  Compact measures 2-3/8" x 2" overall.
