The solid ivory rectangular body with rounded edges and hinged lid opening to reveal a fitted interior with 18K gold sewing kit believed to be purchased from Tiffany and Co. Circa 1880. Condition is excellent and the set is complete. Very rare opportunity to own a highlight sewing collectible piece. Width 4.75" by 2.5"
