	This is the ultimate desk top accessory, From the days of the quill & fountain pens. This blotter is of Papier Mache & lavishly inlaid with mother of pearl & lush foil overlays and gold stenciling. The camera just could not capture the intimate detail of the parrots face. The spine is stenciled leather with a bit of wear on top & bottom, inside the front cover is covered in watered silk fabric with a file pocket & about 12 blotter leafs. I would so love to just go back in time & watch the artist create the work of art. This blotter book measures 12” x 9”& is in very good condition over all.
