Done in high relief, this red coral cameo is fitted in an incredible 18K yellow gold frame. The cameo is a portrait of a woman in 3/4 view. The oval pin measures 21.25mm by 18.25mm while the central coral is 10.75mm by 7.25mm. Circa: 1880.
