17th Century Brussels Tapestry Pillow Of A Large Cartouche

A 17th century Brussels tapestry fragment depicting a large cartouche surrounded with leaves and topped with a shell. Edged with an 18th century Italian gold galon with stylized leaves, finished along the ends with a rare 19th French thick heavy metal fringe and gold galon with a geometric design. Backed with chocolate brown silk velvet. Wonderful condition with a look that is consistent to age and bright colors.
