		An 18th century Italian silk applique fragment with yellow silk urns with fruit and flowers with highlights of white silk all within a scrolling border. The yellow silk is edged with couched cording and highlighted with black silk thread. Edged with a 19th century French gold metallic trim with red and green silk thread that depicts flowers with scrolling leaves all on an antique Italian red velvet. Finished with a yellow silk fringe that has been edged with a gold metal trim. (2 available) Condition: Fifth picture shows some wear to the red silk ground, yellow edge cording is missing in several places and some black silk thread missing all is consistent with age. Overall in wonderful condition for its age.
