1930's Chinoisserie Brocade Evening Cape * Tassels

Chic Ivory Chinoisserie Brocade creates this elegant 1930's Evening Cape.  It is in such beautiful condition that it almost looks new.  The style epitomizes Art Deco Elegance.

**The Creamy White...heading towards Ivory... satin brocade is most likely a rayon or rayon and silk blend.  The Chinoisserie or Chinese design is a landscape.  The light plays beautifully on the surface.  The fabric is a nice medium light weight brocade with excellent draping qualities.

**The cape has a slight emphasis at the shoulders...heading into the defined look of the 1940's.  Or it could be from the 40's.  A collar with rounded edges and hooks at the neck.  The closure is detailed with a gorgeous frog and tassel.

C O N D I T I O N:  Excellent.  No flaws worth noting.  Is ready to wear.

S I Z E:  One size.  It is 28" long, the shoulders are at least 17" and meant to go past natural shoulders.  Back is approx 16" across.  Please email with any size concerns.
