1950's French Lace Party Cocktail Dress * Full Skirt

Exquisite French Lace Party Dress from the 1950's.  Beautiful soft Creamy White or Ivory tone, finely made and perfect for any time of year.  This would be a great holiday dress or wedding dress.  So easy to accent with flowers or belt....or left soft white.  The style is classic for the period, and the look is fantastic.

**The bodice is fitted, it has long sleeves and zips up the back with a metal zipper.  The Chantilly lace goes over the Sweetheart or Ballerina style bodice.  The sleeves are fitted and lined with a sheer gossamer lining, as is the bodice.  Waist, neck and sleeves are trimmed in satin.

**The skirt is full and gathered at the waist....it drops gracefully from the piped edge at the waist.  It has a deep hem, acetate lining and a petticoat.

C O N D I T I O N:  Overall excellent vintage condition...there are a few holidays in the lace...on the sleeves.  

S I Z E:  Length:  41 1/2"......the length of the skirt is 25-1/2" from the waist, the bodice is 16".  Waist:  24", Bust 34-36".  the lace skirt has a very deep hem.
