Vintage 1960s Lucite Brass Romay Miami Beach Handbag

MINT 1960's Saks Fifth Avenue (Manuf. Romay) This stunning bag is oh so dramatic , modern and minimalistic and very Miami Beach! Solid white lucite front and back panels with faux leatherette side expansions. Attached is a mint double gold tone curb style chain. Measurement: 8" W x 6" H and top opening is 4" to 5 " - Pre-owner - minimally used. This is a special purse from Saks and this design is rarely seen.    The lucite in excellent condition as is the gold tone banding.

Note 1: The lower band has minor tarnish on the stripe which can be see when tipped because of the mirror like surface. Looking straight on as in the photos it does not show. Truly a magnificent bag for collectors of vintage Miami

Note 2: The shadowing on the lucite in the second picture is reflection from a window. The lucite is pure white.
