19th Century Diamond And Sapphire Stick Pin

19th century sapphire and diamond stick pin in a slightly rounded triangular shape.  The central round cut diamond surrounded by squar cut sapphires, with three additional smaller round cut diamonds at the three points of the triangle, all mounted in white gold with a long straight pin.  The pin is slightly bent from the weight of fabric.

Could easily be converted to be worn as a charm. 

Stones very bright.
