		A very simple and rustic bookcase made from solid pine by the end of the reign of Louis Philippe, featuring an upper part providing a pair of glass doors revealing a large display area with 4 non-adjustable shelves upon a bottom compartment; hidden by a pair of paneled recessed doors; offering additional storage. Note that the painting is not original, except for the interior and that 2 of the glass panes were replaced at the beginning of the 20th century. Circa date 1840. Dimensions 79 ¼” high/ 57” wide/ 17” deep.
