This is a rare and interesting armchair made from solid oak by the end of the 19th century, featuring a square padded seatback flanked by short armrests which is actually pretty convenient to work, upon a rectangular seat supported by barley twisted legs and stretchers. The green vinyl is not original and might need to be replaced. Circa date 1890. Dimensions 41”high/ 18”seat height/ 21”wide/ 22”deep.
