19th Century French Louis XV Style Walnut Console

This is an adorable console made from solid walnut during the second half of the 19th century topped by its original serpentine shaped inset marble (Such marble is a Pink Phocaean originally coming from Le Var in the south of France) sitting upon the lovely bombe belt centering a shell and supported by gracefully scrolled cabriole legs connected to each other thanks to a stretcher mounted with finial. This piece is in overall good condition; some minor scratches and dents can be seen here and there due to the age but nothing obvious. This piece is for sale as is. Circa date 1880.
