50's Iridescent Sequin Cocktail Wiggle Dress *

1950's Sexy sheath party dress covered with iridescent shimmery Indigo & plum tone sequins.  This is a timeless piece that is as chic today as the day it was made! 

**This dress is a nice lighter weight sequin dress, it should be quite wearable and comfortable.  It is sleeveless.   Made in British Crown Colony Hong Kong.....as were many of the better sequin covered garments from this period. (see label photo below)

**Iridescent blues, plums and purples hand applied sequins.  It zips up the back with a metal zipper and is fully lined with Aubergine silky crepe-like lining.  The lining gives it great definition and body.

C O N D I T I O N: Overall excellent condition.   There might be a few missing sequins.  Nicely stored for over 50 years.....Has not been cleaned....should be professionally dry cleaned.  Lining shows slight staining under arms and a few other stains, and a couple of tiny holes (obviously none of these can be seen on outside). 

S I Z E:  Length:  41", Bust area:  38", waist area: 29+", Hips 38"  Tag says 14.....this is a vintage size, please always use measurements.....VINTAGE SIZES ARE ALWAYS MUCH SMALLER.  Email with any questions, thanks.
