It has 1 caret of Diamonds, in .03-.05 points sizes, that are VS-H-I rating. The mounting is marked Platinum, is Filigree, with the Diamonds set in the Botanical design. This ring is from the 1920's, making it over 80 yrs. old, and in mint condition. It is a size 6 1/2, but we can have it sized for you. This is an Heirloom piece of Jewelry.
