Beautiful antique c. 1920 Fortuny fabric fragment crafted into a pillow. The vase and floral motif of the Fortuny is executed in the traditional Fortuny green and mottled brown/beige; over time the fabric has acquired a rich patina. This is an antique fabric which has some discoloration, but the fabric has retained its integrity and presents no holes or degradation. The reverse of the fabric is black. The pillow is further detailed with a backing in Beacon Hill silk velvet and antique French 3" metallic fringe. The custom filler is compose of European 25% down/75% feather.
