	This Antique Cameo Brooch Pendant, with Diamonds in a Filigree mounting is lovely. It is from 1900-1915. There are 4, .15 points, Rose cut Diamonds, set in the 10 kt. White Gold Filigree mounting. It is a brooch, but has a hinge finding, to wear it as a Pendant. It is in near mint condition. The Cameo is of a neo-classic Lady, carved in shell. The carving is Wonderful!! Any Lady would love to own this Beautiful Cameo!! Measurements: 1- 3/4 in. by 1- 1/2 in.
