Antique Dutch 14 Kt Gold & Enamel Perfume Scent Bottle, C 1800's

Dutch 14kt gold hinged lid miniature perfume flask circa 1800s- The bottle is tapered with chamfered corners and features two large fields decorated with polychrome enamel scrolls and floral motifs. Two side panels have a simpler enameled garland decoration. The gold lid has an alligator skin pattern and with a Dutch hallmark which is an oak leaf inserted in a cartouche located on the hinge as well as beneath the hinge.
