Antique Figural Silver Plate Fantasy Putti Mermaid. Measurements: 8" by 5 1/2". This wonderful silver plate figural mermaid is a rare find. The markings are on the base of the hand, one hand having a marking that looks to be a crown and the numbers #2287 and the other hand it says copywrite USA, copywrite USA going up the tail.
