Antique hand woven filet work mother of pearl Fan circa 19c. The fan used to be the most essential accessory in a woman's wardrobe and was an indication of the wearer´s social status. This antique fan is of mother of pearl beautifully decorated with delicate gilt daisys. The panels are stitched hand woven filet work with ostridge feathers. Measurements: 12"
