Herschede Hall Grandfather Clock in a mahogany case, with a rich reddish brown patina, with a broken pediment scrolling triple spire finial bonnet, 29 1/2 day moon phase, lavish hand engraved dial with applied gold tone Arabic numeral hour designations, crescent moon hand subsidiary seconds, with John Ross open work hands, two train weight driven 15 day movement, robust chime on the half hour and on the hour, hammer and crown trademark emblem engraved into the movement.
