	An elegant early 1900's hand fan made of 16 carved ivory ribs. Polychrome in pink, green & blue florals. The Lithographed paper has three courtship scenes each in its own reserve. The sky blue paper is silver leafed in a grape and vine free flowing form. The condition is good, except for a bit of torn paper at the base of the 1st & 2nd ribs. The overall structure is strong & stable for its age. It opens & closes nicely. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate this fan at 8. Each rib measures 10 ¾” long x 1” at widest – when opened it is 19 ¾” widest point. Fresh from a fine Rockland, Maine Estate.
