An Eastern Pennsylvania Yellow Slip Decorated Antique Redware pottery plate. Decorated with a coggled rim and slipware with maganese around the edges, you will find that any piece of American Redware getting harder to find. Condition: edge chips (normal) at it's wonderful Coggled Edge. It has NO hairlines and no repairs. The Yellow Slip is still vibrant and the color of the Redware itself is the deep "Pumpkin Orange" that true collectors look for. The bottom indicates it has had it share of oven use It dates to the 1850. Measurements: 8 1/2" across.
