	An early antique set of Sheffield plate silver butter spreaders or knives complete with presentation box. The blades are beautifully chased, the handles are ivory. The blades are hallmarked for “Thomas & Benjamin Godwin” in The Surseya Ghaut Pattern. Date 1825-1834.The knives rest in the original presentation case with Green velvet & satin lining. Condition: The knives are in good condition, with a minor amount of copper showing through on one of the knives.
