Art Nouveau Bronze And Ceramic Inkwell, Cast By Louchet, Paris

Here is rare Art Nouveau inkwell, designed by Alphonse Adolphe Lamarre and cast by the world famous Louchet Foundry in Paris. It has green-blue glazed ceramic with gold hand painted flower accents made at the Charles Pilluvuyt Porcelain Factory, bronze inkwell tops and a bronze base. circa 1900's.

This inkwell is featured on page 313 in the book titled "Art Nouveau -The French Aesthetic" by Victor Arwas. A similar inkwell by the same artist and foundry is featured on page 410.
