WOW. An extremely high quality example of an Early American turned Ash Burl dough bowl. The most beautiful and interesting burl grain and natural coloration that I have ever seen. NO faults in this one, in fact everything is a plus I can't stop admiring it All 17 inches of its diameter inside and out is blessed with mesmorizing character- with plain eyesight, glass or even a jeweler's loop.
