Auth Hermes Marigny Envelope Kelly H Lock Lizard Green Clutch Bag Rare

We offer for your consideration this tasteful, 80's vintage, authentic Hermes Marigny Envelope "H" Clutch/Shoulder Bag.  This timeless treasure is in the most difficult to find, Varanus Salvator (lizard) leather - where the scales give the leather a shine or iridescence, and it is in the vintage Vert (dark green) color. Gorgeous. The bag opens/closes with a flap and Kelly "H" incised slide lock snap closure that is gold plated, and secure. You also have the optional lizard leather shoulder strap, which gives the bag an approximate 18 inch fall length, when attached. This authentic Hermes collector's item is in excellent, pre-loved condition. The bottom corners are in excellent condition, and the strap is also in excellent condition. Truly overall, remarkable vintage shape.

The measurements of this highly desirable classic are 7.75 inches long (at the top) by 7 inches tall by 1 inch deep (expands at top when opened), approximately.   Please keep in mind this item has vintage flavor, light signs of use, but for its age the condition is exceptional.  The flap closure opens to reveal two (2) compartments.  They are both lined in green Agneau leather, the softest lambskin.  There are a few light fingernail scratches on the inside flap from use (this is the only wear) and not seen when worn.  There are two slot pockets inside and it will hold all your essentials. Hand crafted in FRANCE.  Blind stamp is deep in the large slot pocket and faded, but appears to be N in the circle, denoting a 1984 creation.
