Black leather, suede, snakeskin and patent leather stripe the surface of this roomy doctor style satchel. Two way silver double zipper accesses the black fabric lining which has one zippered pocket.  Double leather handles are carried in hand.  Dolce & Gabbana engraved ID holder is attached to the strap via leather buckled belt.  Made in Italy.
