Authentic Hermes Toile and Black Clemence 35 Cm Birkin

This authentic Hermès Toile and Clemence 35 cm Birkin is in practically pristine condition, with no significant signs of prior ownership.  Hermès bags are considered the ultimate luxury item the world over.  Hand stitched by skilled craftsmen, wait lists of a year or more are commonplace.  This particular Birkin is in a combination of toile fabric and black clemence leather; a classic pairing that complements most everything. 

Beige toile is a tightly woven linen fabric most frequently combined with a leather, as in this case. The corners, top portion, handles and piping are all black clemence leather.  Clemence is scratch resistant leather made from the hide of baby bull. It is textured with a wonderful grainy appearance.  

  Warm gold hardware with double rolled handles that are carried in hand or at the elbow.  Coordinating chevre (goat skin) lining with one side zippered pocket.  Blind stamped F within a square.  Made in France.
