Authentic Hermes Vintage 1950s Black Box Calf Sac Piano Bag

Proudly offered for your consideration this very rare to find, 50's vintage, authentic Hermes Sac Piano Handbag. This timeless treasure is in Black Box Calf Leather, which is smooth with a glossy finish. Box calf is susceptible to scratches. However, the scratches eventually blend into one glossy mirror-like patina, that Hermes Box aficionados love. The bag opens/closes with a flap and two front square push-snap closures that are gold plated, tight and secure. This tasteful, authentic Hermes Piano is a collector's item indeed, and overall is in good to very good, pre-loved vintage condition, and priced accordingly.

The measurements of this desirable classic are 10.5 inches long by 5.5 inches tall (not counting the handle) by 3 inches deep, approximately. The handle will give you a 5 inch fall length. There are light marks and rubs on the outside upon close inspection of the leather and hardware. The handle is still firm and tight to the bag, but shows tiny leather cracking on close inspection. Please keep in mind this item has vintage flavor - signs of use and usually bags found from this era are not able to be used. This bag is in amazing condition for its vintage and a true testament to the superior Hermes craftsmanship. The flap closure opens to reveal three (3) compartments. They are lined in black Agneau leather, the softest lambskin. The compartments are clean, and house a snap pocket and three slot pockets, and will hold all your essentials. Hand crafted in FRANCE.
