It is made of the traditional monogram canvas with the cross grain inside lining. The left side has the flap pocket and holds large papers with addition pockets for business cards or notes and the right side has the open top slot to hold your note pad. This size will hold a traditional 8 1/2 x 11 paper pad and as you can see the smaller card slots hold standard business cards.
