Authentic Louis Vuitton Museum Quality VIP Poupee / Doll Franche Comite

The Poupee wears an elaborate handmade costume and it is all embellished with metallic borders, pierced sequence, beads and lace. The doll wears a wonderful hat made of black velvet and also decorated with floral beads and she wears a gold metal cross around her neck.

The elaborate costume still bears the original Louis Vuitton hand sewn label to the underside as shown, and the front has the original paper label sewn in which reads : "Franche Comite". The  dolls head is made of bisque and entirely hand painted, including each eyelash and all to the finest detail. The tiny hands, legs and feet are all made of papier-mache or composition material and all present and intact.The Poupee comes in the original Louis Vuitton box and still has the original label on the box as shown.

* Condition: in perfect condition; all feet hands and fingers present. No missing details to the dress. Original box has wear but has withstood the passage of time and still in excellent condition.
