	Elaborate classical French dore bronze Barbedienne figural sculpture. This Barbedienne is set upon a rouge colored marble base signed 'F. Barbedienne, Fondeur Paris. Magnificent and beautifully cast, the bronze sculpture captures an opera singer giving a curtsy after delivering the performance. Note the mask held in her outstretched hand. The bronze is signed Mercie'. Barbedienne whose works are highly sought after, Fondeur Paris is a foundry celebrated for fine bronze works of art of the highest quality. Measurements: 11 1/2" height, marble base is 4" by 4". Excellent condition.
