A amazing stone that has scads of flash and really looks like a diamond as it has way more flash than normally seen in a sapphire. Great setting with outstanding filigree work and the 18K gold is testament to that fact. Certainly has the quality to be a Belais Brothers piece and could be since is is sized at a 5.25 it could have been removed in sizing it also came from the estate of the Belais Brothers piece we have in stock. Whatever the case its a super quality stone and mounting. Condition is excellent. Circa 1910.
