Chanel Rare Metallic Brown 227 Jumbo Reissue

Extremely RARE, this gorgeous 08P collection, dark brown Chanel 2.55 Jumbo flap bag has only been used a handful of times.  One of the rarest and most stunning metallics Chanel has ever made.  This bag was not sold within the USA.  It was available in Canada and a couple of European countries and only in very limited quantities.   A gorgeous bag that is called 'Dark Brown', but has definate overtones of burgundy and bronze in certain lighting.    It's one of those rare bags that can work with virtually any color combination.   So versatile too.   It can easily take you thru all 4 seasons.  It's simply drop dead gorgeous in real life and STILL SMELLS BRAND NEW.  Hard to tell that it's ever been used at all.  You won't be disappointed.  Current retail is $5,300.00 U.S.

Exterior: absolutely NO stains or soiling. So very soft, the quilted lambskin leather is plump and supple to the touch.  Mademoiselle lock and hardware in a vintage brushed gold finish. There is a hint of wear along the left edge of the turnlock.   If I were to be very picky and look extremely closely, the bottom corners show just barely a hint of dulling.   You have to be looking close and know what to look for to see it.  Shoulder strap can be worn single or double.
