Cherubs,putti Gilt 19th Century

Antiques: Decorative Arts: Charming Angelic Angels

Cherubs or Putti from Italy, circa 1830-1850. A fine hand carved pair of wooden figures with original gold leaf, and gesso.   The figurines are about 8 Inches in length, form is exceptional. From an estate in Sorrento, Italy. The adorable angeles display beautifully.
