	A beautiful Compote of Chinese export underglaze blue-painted in the late 18th century, Circa 1780 to 1785, with enameled decoration added upon arrival in Europe, by artisans there. These highly collectible pieces have a rustic look, with the rudimentary color schemes possessing a charming feel that brings life to the normally 'glassy' hard-paste Chinese porcelain body. Painted in a Design similar to the "Fitzhugh Pattern" with faint Gilt Accents. Retails for $1,650. Malleries Price $1,450.
