Exquisite and elaborate dore bronze enamel and filigree box, caddy. All sides of the box are embellished with pearls surrounded by very fine twisted rope motifs all highlighted by fine white enamel petals. The hinged lid has the same designs with beautiful flower painted Lapis Lazuli cabochons intermingled. The interior of the box is lined with a soft and plush velvet lining in beige possibly to be original to the box. Some pearls have been replaced, very minimal and insignificant loss of the enamel to the petals otherwise in excellent condition. A rare and regal box. Measurements, 3 3/4" across by 1 1/2" height.
