 In addition to being in the antiques and design trades for more than 25 years, we are also design educators and writers. We are a husband and wife team who, together and separately, have written hundreds of articles on color, design and the decorative arts and antiques. Our  most recent book is Interior Design Innovators 1910-1960.  Other published books are Color: The Secret Influence, (Prentice Hall); Postwar Interior Design: 1945-1960, a detailed survey of the furnishings and designs of mid-20th century. We were recently featured in the documentary series, Cracking the Colour Code, produced for television by Electric Pictures. We teach at the university level and offer professional seminars for designers.
