Fireback Hand Forged Iron 3 Section

Wow is all that I can say when I look at this most exciting three section fire back. Made in the 19th century & the casting is superb. The subject matter is totally awesome ,look closely at the close up pictures & you will see the cherubs hard at work in the blacksmith shop. Some cherubs are forging andirons ,one cherub is working on the designs & one cherub is doing the accounting .Its just the greatest. Complete firebacks are impossible to find anymore .The condition is great & it measures .( Center 23.5”w x30” high)(each side is 15” w x 30” high)Because they are hand forged the thickness varies from 1” down to 1/2”But they all fit well together & they weigh a bloody ton.
