	An 18th century French silver metal thread applique work depicting a floral motif and garlands on a red silk/satin ground. Edged in a rare 18th century silver and hemp scalloped trim, finished with an 18th century silk and silver metal thread tassel trim. All on a deep red silk velvet ground.Condition: The 2nd picture shows the only wear/rub to the silk/satin ground. One spot is the size of a pinhead, the other only slightly bigger, otherwise in amazing condition for its age.
