French Ivory Tortoise Shell Patch Box, 1870

French ivory patch box trimmed in tortoise shell with Miniature portrait on ivory in center. Interior is lined in what appears to be old straw work. This box has everything. Center portrait is lined in gold.Tortoise shell trim to the lid and to the box.

Patina is quite nice. 2 small chips to the tortoise shell trim underneath the box and there is a small bruise to the glass covering the miniature.
