French Oil Painting, Young Boy, 19th Century

Young Boy, or jeunne homme in 18th Century, Louis XV attire.  The charming boy, the companion painting to the Young girl offered here is portrayed in the manner of classical French portraiture in a garden setting.  This is a very large painting, 42 x 31 inches, framed magnificently in a hand carved wooden frame with heavily applied gilt   The framing is quite unique, created specifically  to house the canvas. 

The oil is painted on canvas, backed by board. I can not find a signature which may be under the framing.
