	Rare early French Palais Royal combination perfume bottle and patch box. From the 1820'S and made from carved mother of pearl shell and ormolu. Approx. 3 inches tall and 1 1/4 inches long, quite an amazing piece. Top stopper, with carved mother of pearl on top, both sides, of a bird with a basket of flowers. The lower bottle is carved with a center urn and 2 birds are carrying a garland. Quite wonderful on its own. But there is more ...An octagonal shaped patch box. Ormolu lined and quite beautiful. I have never seen such a piece and with rarity comes price. For the consummate perfume and patch collectors. Wonderful condition with no chips or cracks to Mother of pearl and patina is stunning.
