Full Moon Scene Oil Painting

Wow this really is a great little oil painting .Oil on art board & dating from the early 1900’s .it’s a great painting of a full moon over a lake. It certainly is spectacular art work. There is a lot to think about when looking at this picture! A small size & in a really nice carved wood & gold gilt frame. The sight size is 7” x 4 5/8”.Overall in the frame it measures 9” x 6 ½” .This painting is not signed .The frame is is very dimensional & has a few nicks here & there, but over all a super pleasing piece. If you like it in the photo, I know you will be more than pleased to see it in real life! This picture is a very unusual subject.
