Gentlemans Menuki Sword Fitting Mounted Ring

Guaranteed to be authentic, this ring was custom crafted in the 30's to accommodate this wonderful Shakudo Menuki (pronounced Menughi) Japanese sword fitting.

A  large ring that runs 1.33" north to south on the finger is crafted of 14K yellow gold with silver inserts covering the slots of the sword fitting.

Currently a size 10, we will re-size this ring to suit. 

CONDITION:  Mount is in excellent condition with no damage and only minute historic wear to note.  A fine Menuki fitting bears a gold Foo Dog (Lion?) and shows appropriate historic wear, remaining in very fine antique condition.   Weight by scale:  27.4 grams.  An independent Gemological Appraisal is available to be provided for this exceptional ring.
