Gilt Bronze Mirror Sconce

Elaborate mirror wall sconce. So elegant in Gold Gilt Bronze. In the rococo form with lots of free flowing fluid movement. Dating from the 19th Century is still retains its original mirror glass. The glass is still very good considering the age of the mirror. It has a bit of a gray tint & a few little silver oxidation spots but still presents very well. You can have the mirror replaced for a few dollars if it bothers you .The two candle branches have been recently rewired so it is ready to install. Originally this mirror had a metal back covering the mirror & that has been replaced with wood over the years. This mirror sconce should add drama & style to any vacant wall space, great with French, Italian & Chippendale Traditional Furnishings.

Measuring 22” Long x 12 ½” wide widest point & branches extend 8” out from the wall.
