Gothic French Bronze Candelabra Pair

Beautiful and majestic pair of antique French Gothic revival bronze figural candelabras, Napoleon III era, circa 1850-1870. Figural putti holds two adjustable branches (inverted V shown) with five bobeches and candle holders each, surmounted by round medallions, foliate, floral motifs and musical instruments. The semi nude putti holding the candelabrum rests on a footed ornate base. Arms adjust anywhere from an inline slant to the inverted v position as shown. There have been several older reinforcement brazes made in the rear to make the main separable joints solid (a good thing - they weigh 21.5 lbs each).  Very stately and ready to grace your mantel, dining table, a delight wherever placed. 

Measurements, each is  28" high X 18" wide, base is 6 1/2" deep
