Half Tester Rosewood Early Victorian Rococo Carved Bed

Carved side rails dowel and bolt into a curved footboard that correspond to the headboard. The bed is oversized and will actually fit a queen size mattress. Victorian furniture has always been celebrated for its majestic presence, this bed is a prime example of the best of the Victorian era.

The bed retains is original finish which has been cleaned and polished. The posts have been reattached by a professional restorer with all the original pieces, as they were once cut down to accommodate a lower ceiling.
