Hand Painted Wooden Safe 1885 W.w.bird

Now here is an unusual collectible for sure A wooden safe .The small free standing safe is made of wood, in the original black paint .Stenciling on the front “WW BIRD” “1885” in the top panel & in the bottom panel is a hand painted wooded lake scene. The overall look is that of a heavy cast iron safe with the black color & the rivets .It is on iron castors ,has a brass combination lock that actually works & even better , I have the combinationThe inside of the safe is beautifully fitted & restored with small drawers & cubby holes .This little bugger is spectacular .It measures only 22” High x 11” Deep x 15” Wide & yet it is quite a heavy .This really is the coolest little piece I can see it being used & on display just about anywhere. When was the last time you saw a hand painted wooden safe?
